i need a credit card but i dont have social security number

i just applied on line for this credit card- i had to pay of coarse a fee a processing fee i think it was called and i had to put my checking info into the application after stating i was approved but just needed to pay for the fee. ive searched and searched to try and find out the amt of this fee it said 19 so im assuming that this processing fee that i will be charged is 19.00? this is kinda tricky and ive read and searched trying to find out what the amt is that will be taken from my acct. of coarse 19.00 is fine but anything over that i do not want to proced with. i shouldnt have to pay for a credit card. yes my credit is rebuilding after bankrupsy but i dont understand it telling me i was approved but just needed to pay this amt but then said in small text that if i wanst approved i would be refunded my processing amt.
so am i approved or arent i? what is the amt that this card is for? is this one of the cards thats a 250 credit limit with 200 already charged up on it?
please help me and please let m

Perhaps @ signifies that it was an e-mail. Check up maybe it is a spam site or something not very fair? On the whole, I would recommend to be suspicious with pre-approved credit cards from credit card companies you have never clapped eyes on :)

how do i process my activation number
Answer:
Credit card activation requires calling the number on the activation sticker. The credit card cannot be used until the cardholder calls this (800) number and verifies the identity. Usually the security code to activate your account number is the last 4 digits of your social security number. This will allow you to have access to the features and advantages of your credit card.

I have no credit at all except where I have rented for the last 2 years which is good and I want to get a credit card. What do I do?

I'm married to US citizen an i'm just going the through the process of becoming a US citizen myself i have not been given a US SSN as yet i only have my belizean SSN can i still apply for a credit card?an i'm now living in the US with my husband
