i received $3.25 insantcashrebate which they said i could cash by filling in my creditcard number acept i dont have a creditcard so i would like to know how can i cash or deposit thank you

If this cash rebate requires your card number to be given, it mast be a mistake, as you don't have a card. But in future, be careful in such cases, do not disclose your card number so freely, to avoid identity theft.

I would like to buy a gift card for my fiance. I was wondering if I could do this online...and pay with my debit card.....and would like to know if she would be able to use this online instantly....or have to wait for the card to come in the mail??

Some banks offer gift cards online, for example, AmEx - http://www10.americanexpress.com/sif/cda/page/0,1641,16130,00.asp. I suppose it is possible to pay with your card, but you should look through all the details (including other terms and conditions)carefully.

I DONT HAVE A MAYOR CREDIT CARD AT ALL, WHAT CAN I DO TO GET ONE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY TO OBTAIN ONE?

You are free to choose a card which you are eligible for and fill out an application form. Maybe the card you will choose can have a setup fee or something of the kind. Anyway, you won't have to pat anything but the charges required by the terms of the card.

You shouldn't have given us your activation number, as it is due to be inserted in the form at the site which was noted in the letter or somehow else - the instructions are to be found in the letter. If there is no information of the kind, call the bank which preapproved you for the card.
