Had a call from 1st National Card Service for a card, they withdrew $200 from my checking for this card but I have not received the card. Can you help me?

The thing is that the bank needs time to make a full information inquiry of your application and credit history as well, and to decide of the approval or disapproval. Sometimes it takes 7-10 days for the consideration.
